Health and Safety Representative
Training (3
days)
SA Unions is an
approved provider of Health and Safety Representative training under the
WHS Act.
HSRs are
entitled to
attend an
HSR training
course,
provided the
course is
approved by
SafeWork SA
(section 72
of the Act).
Under the
WHS
Regulations,
HSRs can
attend a
five-day
training
course in
the first
year, a
three-day
course in
the second
year and a
two-day
course in
the third
year.
(Regulation
21 of the
WHS
Regulations).
